My only glitch for this place was that I wasn't paying attention when the clerk took me to my room. When I got back to find it on my own I discovered there are no numbers on the outside of the doors, so I had to do some detective work to find my door. Other than that, it was a flawless experience. I LOVE the elevator!! I've never ridden in one of those. Additionally, there are two sweet little restaurants a few doors down. It was easy to find somewhere to eat.

THE ROOM ITSELF WAS LOVELY BUT MUCH TO SMALL FOR A 5 NIGHT STAY. LOCATION IS OK. LOCATION OF OUR ROOM WAS RIGHT ABOVE A RESTAURANT AND CLUB. THE MUSIC PREVAILED 6 NIGHTS OF 7 FROM 6:00 PM - 11:00PM. INITIALLY THE PERSONNEL AT THE DESK DENIED THAT THIS WAS HAPPENING OR SEEMED TOTALLY OBLVIOUS TO IT. THERE ARE NO COMMON AREAS IN THIS HOTEL EXCEPT FOR THE ENTRY WAY AND CORRIDORS. THE GARDEN IS LOCKED OFF TO GUESTS AND IN ILL REPAIR. DESK/CONCIERGE SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM 7:00 am- 4:00 PM. A MEDIOCORE BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED. I FOUND THE PRICE MUCH TOO HIGH GIVEN THE LACK OF AMENITIES . THE STAY WAS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

We stayed at Al Viminale Hill 9/27-9/30/2023. STAFF were prompt, attentive and personable before, during and after check-in. OUR ROOM was #102 with a wonderful view of Teatro dell'Opera. - Very clean with a comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the fancy shower. - A/C worked super and was appreciated with daytime temps in the upper 80sF. - Fridge made it convenient to keep drinks and snacks that we bought at the Carrefour Express on the corner. THE LOCATION is wonderful with loads of terrific restaurants next door or within 5-minute walk. - Carrefour Express market on the corner 2 minutes away. - Two convenience stores just down the sidewalk out front. - Repubblica metro station was only 5-minute walk, and Termini took about 10 minutes. OUR FAVORITE MEALS NEARBY: - Osteria Il Riposto - Ristorante Alessio

Me and my family lived there between 31/8-4/9 2023. We had a good experience. The hotel is situated near the train station which is a plus of course. It feels very “private” to live in that hotel. You come and go as you please without any fuzz and that’s appreciated. We hardly noticed anyone else even if we’re sure most rooms were occupied. Room is ok for its purpose and the cleaning is good (every day cleaning). Only negative I have to say is that the walls are a little thin but it’s manageable. We all feel that, if returning to this beautiful city, we could definitely book this hotel again. Ciao Mattias, Johanna, Elise

this place is not what it looks like in the photos. We were given a room with a pull out sofa bed, which was filthy you could see the dirt imbedded in the arms of the chair. The room itself was clean but you couldn't move in it. the "bed" was so uncomfortable that we woke up at 2.00am sunk in the middle of the bed. We emailed our travel agent who lodged a complaint and we were happy to be moved to a different room if one was available. We went down stairs to have breakfast at the restaurant next door which was included in the cost of the room. We opted for the English breakfast which when placed (dumped- the service there was also terrible ) in front of us we knew straight away it was inedible. I have never seen such disgusting food in my life. At that point we just wanted to get out. We advised our travel agent of this and we were informed there were no other rooms available anyway. We went down stairs and spoke with Daniel who was now aware of our complaint, I showed him the breakfast and explained about the bedding being unacceptable and also that the shower was not draining and was flooding the bathroom. He said he understood our complaint and refunded us the city tax in cash and then said he would put a recommendation in for a refund of the remaining two nights. It now appears that they are deny we ever left and are stating that we stayed the full 3 nights. We have receipts to show our other accommodation booking. I DO NOT recommend this place. It is nothing like the pictures that were taken years ago. the service is bad the food next door is disgusting and they are clearly liars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL it is more like a backpackers hostel than a hotel
